Menstrual products are an essential component in the lives of millions of females throughout the globe. A huge amount of effort is being put into menstrual hygiene management, but the subject of menstrual waste is often ignored. Little attention is being paid into the emerging concerns of health and environmental cost of menstrual waste. Thus, we feel it is important to understand and highlight this issue through a closer lens and try finding sustainable solutions to this problem.
