World Antimicrobial Resistance Week (18th – 24th November, 2022)
WAAW is a global campaign that is celebrated annually to improve awareness and understanding of Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR). In 2022, the theme of WAAW was “Preventing Antimicrobial Resistance Together”. It encourages all sectors to use antimicrobials prudently, to work together and strengthen preventive measures addressing AMR.
Activities for WAAW included:
- Workshop on Antimicrobial Resistance: An emerging Health Concern in Delhi School of Social Work in 18th November 2022.
