Jitender holds a BSc in Botany from the University of Delhi, an MSc in Water Resources Management from TERI University, and an MPhil in Geography and Environmental Science from Monash University, Australia. With extensive experience in sustainable agriculture and climate change, he is dedicated to integrating his knowledge into practical solutions for environmental challenges. He has also used GIS and remote sensing for studying glaciers and agricultural fields. An avid hiker, Jitender has undertaken numerous adventures, including a high-altitude glacier hike in the Himalayas. Currently, he is a part of the Waste and Sustainability Team, focusing on plastics and exploring various waste management options for effective plastic waste disposal. He brings a unique perspective to the team, combining academic expertise with a deep appreciation for nature.
