Short Essay Contest on Toxicity of Lead, Usage of lead in Paints & Impacts of Lead Poisoning on Children (October 3rd, 2022)

The international Lead Poisoning Prevention Week of Action was observed in the last week of October each year. For the 10th edition of the ILPPWA, Toxics Link organised a short Essay Competition for students aged 12–21.

Participants were encouraged to read about lead poisoning, the use of lead in paints, and the effect of lead poisoning on young children and submit a shot essay highlighting this issue and suggesting solutions.
