Regional Interventions

Toxics Link and its allied partners stand fast by the fact that in order to ensure toxics free health care, there needs to be a permeable policy at the top supported by relevant documentation and workforce on the ground. With this in view, Toxics Link has brought many regions under its ambit working with stakeholders across organizations. Such regional interventions have helped put in place an elaborate system of waste management in hospitals in terms of designating responsibilities and streamlining safe work practices. In fact its regional outreach is one of Toxics Link strongest dissemination platforms. In line with the BMW (Management and Handling Rules) 1998, Toxics Link has various regional success stories to its stakeholders credit a few of which are encapsulated here.
