Senerita Swamy is  working as a programme Officer in waste and sustainability team with toxics link. Her passion for advancing environmental monitoring and toxicology, her commitment to research excellence makes her a valuable member to our team. She is a dedicated professional with a comprehensive educational background in Chemistry, specializing in Polymer Chemistry. With a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Nagpur University Campus, she brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her role as project associate at NEERI (National Environmental Engineering Research Institute), where She focused on important environmental issues like soil and water remediation, persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in environmental matrices, and biomarkers for environmental monitoring. Senerita has contributed significantly to the field, publishing papers and contributing to book chapters that explore innovative solutions to environmental challenges.

She enjoys cooking, exploring historical sites while traveling, spending time with her family, and watching quality films in addition to her profession.
