You are hereby licensed to make any number of backup copies
of this CD. You may also utilize this CD for presentation
or discussion purposes, providing that the content of this
CD is UNALTERED. The BMWM-CD files may NOT be distributed,
for any reason, without written permission from Toxics Link
unless expressly authorized for "Educational Purposes".
You may copy the files from any BMWM-CD autorun CD to use
them for creating you own autorun CD, providing that all of
the files from the CD are included (there is a list of required
files in the README.rft file) on your CD. This agreement can
only be transferred to another individual if the original,
unmodified installation file is provided to the new owner
and all existing copies in the possession of the original
owner are destroyed.
"Educational Purposes" Exemption.
This CD entitled, "Understanding and Simplifying Bio-Medical
Waste Management", is intended for educational and training
purposes. This CD may be used, copied, and circulated in whole
or in part without the permission of Toxics Link on the condition
that it is used for "Educational Purposes". "Educational
Purposes" means non-commercial instruction or curriculum
based teaching by educators to students at nonprofit education
institutes; planned non-commercial study or investigation
directed toward making a contribution to a field of knowledge;
or presentation of research findings at non-commercial conferences,
workshops, or seminars.
Installing and using BMWM-CD means the acceptance of these
terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree
with the above terms, you must remove all BMWM-CD files from
your storage devices and cease to use the product. |
