Position: South Regional Specialist, IPEN Asia Lead Paint Elimination Project, Toxics Link

Purpose of the Position:
The South Asia Regional Specialist will have specific responsibilities for providing guidance and support to project partner organizations for the successful implementation of the project activities, especially partner organizations in South Asia (Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka)
The South Asia Regional Specialist will also facilitate communication and cooperation on the part of the project national technical officers of project partner NGOs in all seven-project countries.

Purpose of the Position: Toxics Link is seeking a qualified candidate to be the National Communications and Policy Officer as part of the IPEN Asia Lead Paint Elimination Project.
The National Communications and Policy Officer will have responsibility for the successful national implementation of project communications, outreach and policy advocacy activities and will collaborate with and share regional responsibility for these activities with project staff in other Asian countries. She/he will also cooperate closely in a mutually supportive way with national and regional project technical staff.
